BIM Modeller / Senior BIM Modeller / BIM Co-ordinator / BIM Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for technical project drawing, create, maintain or amend BIM models of different disciplines. (Architectural, Structural & MEP).
- Collaborate and coordinate with clients and consultants on BIM issues, design changes and model changes
- Attend and assist in project coordination meetings
- Modify and advise on altering design, variations and changes
- Clash Analysis & Detection
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma holders in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Architecture or any other related
discipline
- Passionate in Architectural/Structural/MEP Engineering field
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D and Navisworks
- Preferably 1-2 years BIM working experience
- Passionate learner without experience will also be considered
- Associate of HKIBIM is preferred
- Must be organised, results driven and proactive
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
